Bray`s Hamburgers in Westland

Yummy 50s style diner fare, no frills but very satisfying. Captures a nice throwback feel down to the counters and booths. Price is right as well; four of us ate well for $26 and change. Burgers were tasty and fries were fresh and crisp while light in the middle. Was actually my first time in there even though they've been around forever. I'll definitely go back, whether to dine in, take out or use their convenient drive thru. Would recommend for sure.

Good burgers. First time eating here. Patties are bit thinner than I expected (thinner than McDonald's but better tasting) but definitely tastes very good. I had Combo #5, comes with double cheeseburger with fries and drink. Service was very friendly. Prices are very reasonable. I was hungry so I ordered a second double cheeseburger and a hot dog. Second burger was good also and the hot dog was good too. Definitely I will be back next time I'm in the area.

I have been tearing up bags of Brays for over 50 years!!! I love Brays hamburgers...

Good old sliders are getting fewer and farther between. Came from Allen Park for these. Bring Bray's downriver.

Like their hamburgers and their home made chips. They serve them warm and they are yummy. 😋

Food was good but waited for over an hour for 2 original belly busters, 1 hot dog, 1 chili cheese fries, 1 regular fries.1 shake 1 pop. 1 water which they forgot

Been coming to Brays over 25 years now. Had the opportunity to introduce my girlfriend to brays burgers while on a business trip in the area last weekend. She agreed it was about the best greasy burger shes ever had. Well worth the trip out to westland michigan on its own, but a total no brainer to stop while in the area. Be sure to stop in and grab a bite to eat and dont forget to tip your waitstaff for a job well done.

1st time today and last. Burgers were too small. My palm was slightly bigger than that. Looked depressing. Hashbrowns way overcooked and when I decided to at least try the burger. It had an awful after taste. A horrible taste in general. Will definitely not go back any time soon.

Wow I should have gone to this place earlier as this is soo close to my home. Loved their fries. Grilled cheese sandwich was good tried it with Texas toast, probably should have tried with White bread instead. But good place overall. Friendly service. Good an cheap food.

I got a number 2 combo but in reality it was a number one combo. Fries were good but only one of my hamburgers was edible. The bun on my second burger was super hard and the top even stuck to the wrapper (see photo).

I've only been there once. But, the service was very friendly and the burger was tasty. Not my style of fries, but they were good enough. I'm looking forward to more burgers here.

Great food...cooked to perfection. Has even more yummy things on their menu besides burgers. Just a little too slow on the serving of the "so-called" FAST FOOD.

We love the breakfast bagels but we're disappointed when we got to the pickup window and noticed the person at the window took a card from the person in front of us finished up then with the same gloves on started our order. We drove away.

Found a long hair on one of our burgers and they wouldn’t replace my order or offer anything. It’s a shame because I lived in Westland for years and always enjoyed going there. I’ll never go there again and will be letting my family and friends in the area about our poor experience and to avoid this place now.

I honestly got the best service I've ever had here. The waitress was so friendly and funny. The burgers were great too. We wanted our fries well done and they actually came out and asked if they were done enough before serving us. Amazing!

The burgers were terrible this time! They were busy and probably understaffed(only 3 employees) for the volume of people being served. However the onions were burnt and gave the burgers a weird bitter taste. Also the top buns were stuck to the paper they were wrapped in so the top half of the bun ripped away when you opened them up. Lastly they had no condiments on them, no mustard or ketchup. Spent over $20 on lunch for 2 but only the fries and drinks were enjoyable, literally the burgers went in the trash. On the plus side the young lady working the drive though was super nice and friendly despite being obviously overwhelmed.

Good, greasy food. Delicious shakes. A special treat. Don't make a habit of this place. Good coffee. Friendly service. Decent prices. But, know that it's a place that has lots of butter and maybe even lard. I have to be careful here and only eat a little because I just can't eat like that anymore. Went with family. Love the shakes and burgers especially. And they have a drive-thru!

Great service. Good burgers and chili cheese fries.

Says open until 4am on Saturday but I arrived slightly before 2am to the drive thru and I got no response even though they had workers standing around inside.

Burger was excellent! Not greasy at all. Very good. Lots of flavor! Not giving 5 stars because the drive through is a little slow, and the fries don’t have much flavor.

Bray must have the best burgers in town! They're moist, fresh and simply delicious.

Frys fresh an hot employee awesome burgers lack taste were frozen patties an you can tell. Not what i remember growng up. Ill stick with the one in Livonia

This is one of my favorite places for sliders . Always great food and reasonable prices.

Best sliders in the area. Been eating them over 50 years. Lived near gulley and ford Rd back 50 + years ago.

They have delicious burgers, the portions are large, the prices are good and the service is prompt.

Excellent as usual plus we love the way everything is made fresh. By far the best burgers and fries. And they lemonade.....OMG my taste buds dance and sing
